Nexus 7. High pitched noise!!

My daughters tablet keeps making very loud high noises when turned on. They come every 5_10 seconds. Doesnt sound healthy. Any ideas pls?

Factory reset. If its still there either return it (if recently purchased) or call Asus customer service. From what I have read about asus's CS I hope either the reset fixes it or you just bought it.
