No sound out of speakers when attempting music playback

Hi guys,

I am relatively new to the Android scene. I saw the blog post here telling us about the free Guardians of the Galaxy soundtrack that you can get for free from Google Play. So I downloaded it, but every time I hit play the Nexus 9 thinks I have headphones plugged in. I can't get it to playback through the regular speakers.

Has anyone experienced this and know what setting to change or how to fix it? (I have tried rebooting)

Sometimes you just need to blow the Jack out. Sometimes it can be a app conflict causing it. It's a common issue on phones and tablets. Do a Google search.
