mobile hotspot

whats the thoughts on if the nexus will do mobile hotspot and if it will have to be rooted to do it?

Should work out of the box, but isn't it disabled on Nexus S 4G from Sprint? So maybe the carriers will buy in if Google allows that. Unfortunate. I hope it just gets sold through Best Buy again like Nexus S for AT&T and Tmo on contract but they are unlocked with all Google intended features.

I just hope that AT&T stays out of this phone. Just lend me your data and network, keep everything else out of it
