I run my own email server and need to have a built in Dynamic DNS server and the ability to map external ports to internal IP's and ports. Will this have the capability to do this?

I'm going to bet not. Google isn't marketing to folks that need to do any advanced networking. Without reviewing the documentation, I would say that WiFi will be able to do anything that OnHub can do...but not likely more.
I would be really surprised if Google Wi-Fi doesn't support port forwarding... yeah these are a little bit more advanced networking features but they are pretty basic and most (even cheap) routers nowadays have this capability.
Also the onhub routers support this so why wouldn't Google Wi-Fi?
