HONOR 10 Lite boot issue

Hello experts,
currently I'm facing an issue with EMUI / Android OS booting on my Honor 10 Lite. It happened after last EMUI upgrade. I was trying to reset phone to factory defaults but I was not able to access EMUI recovery. I've tried to hold button combinations to access EMUI recovery screen several times but with no success. Also connecting phone to PC with installed HiSuite application is not working.

While I was trying to solve this issue the following message occured:

Does it mean that the phone is only locked?

And what about data - safe stored or lost?

Please help me what to do.
