I cant Boot into recovery after Bootloader Unlock How can I flash on lock?

I rooted and had my HTC desire 510 running custom rom then I relocked it to tried to upgrade to lollipop 5.1 and I did so without stock rom and now it goes in hboot mode every time I tried to make something happen I can unlock it with no problem the only thing is that when I push the power button to confirm nothing happens other than the message going into recovery and the red HTC warranty words at the bottom...can anybody help me out with this??

Hello.
I can't post links so you gonna have to find a custom recovery on google. I would suggest TWRP. But be careful, there are two versions of this phone. The one is 32bit (US) version and the other is 64bit (EU) version. I can see from you HBOOT that you have the 32bit version. So when downloading be careful. Your device model is a11_chl (or you could find it just as a11 - that is fine). If you see that is for device model a11_ul, don't download it, that is the 64bit version.
Make sure that your bootloader is unlocked. Now connect your phone with the PC in fastboot mode. Now you need to open a terminal or a command prompt, depending on the OS you are using. Type this:

fastboot flash recovery <Here write the full path to the recovery image>

For example in Ubuntu:

fastboot flash recovery /home/user_name/Downloads/twrp-3.0.0-0-a11.img/

After this you will have a custom recovery and with it you can flash custom roms, restore back ups, etc...
