My HTC phone has been hacked and I'm not buying anymore!

I've been hacked and my carrier is MeteoPCS they will not do anything I have proof that I've been hacked I have paid for 3 phones I would like to get some answers on how to fix this.I have done factory reset so many times changed phone number 4 times bought new sim cards I have tried everything.... My accounts and personal info as been put out there for the world to see..yes I have gone to the police and the do agree.. So would y'all answer one question for me what am I supose to do...Besides going to the I phone....please get back with me..thank you Joan smith no that my really name I can t even use it
