rainbow line following finger with bar of values (pic) help

I wasn't looking at what I was doing and I somehow ended up with this rainibow colored line that follows my finger on my screen. At the top of my screen, there is also a bar of values (such as p:0/1 and dx:2.2) that covers my notification bar and changes depending on my fingers location. The screenshot below shows what I'm talking about.

It does this no matter what I'm doing and restarting doesn't help.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

I don't know about anyone else but as far as I can see your photo bucket link does not work. It's not even press able.

Take it back, there's something wrong. You could try a full reset that's fixes a lot of issues.

It works if you copy and paste the text into the address bar.
