Recovery Question!

Okey dokes, well i have my phone rooted and all with a great recovery by RA-evo-v1.7.0.1 but the rom i'm trying to flash is t0ast3d del1ght v2 and it requires Clockwork recovery, my question here is.... How do i go about going from one recovery to another? Just flash over? i already did a wipe on my evo... Thanks to anyone who can help

Download ROM Manager from the market. The first option is flash Clockwork. From the ROM Manager menu you can flash my rom right after it flashes. After, scroll all the way to the bottom and you can flash RA again
