HTC One won't stop vibrating as long as it has power, ideas?

Simply put, my HTC One is vibrating.. all the time. As long as it has battery life it is consistently vibrating. I've tried turning all the vibration settings off, and i don't think that is going to affect it. Is there anyway to permanently disable the vibration? Is there anything else I could possibly do? My phone is past any sort of warranty, so I'd rather attempt to saving it before trying to buy a new one.

Idea: Is there a way to possibly remove the vibrating hardware from the phone? Any ideas how i'd go about learning how to do that?

Welcome to Android Central! Are these vibrations unassociated with any notifications? Have you turned off vibration in Settings>Sound? Does it persist after a reboot? How about a system cache partition wipe? Reset: HTC One (LTE) | T-Mobile Support

Have you gotten your phone wet recently?
I have seen many phones with an always on vibrate motor after they have gotten wet.
