Screen Locks While at Home

Hi all, I've been frustrated to find that although I have my home address listed in the system security settings as a location where I'd like the screen lock function to be disabled, the screen locks anyway. As I'm typing this, I'm realizing that I also have an app installed that disables the data connection and reverts to wi-fi when I'm at my home location. Is it possible that this is interfering with the screen lock disable? Do I need the data connection for the system to detect my location?

Welcome to Android Central! Is your Location Service set to High Accuracy (i.e., GPS on) or Battery Saving (i.e., using only wi-fi and/or cell signal)? The latter doesn't give very accurate location -- it might be off by a few hundred meters. That might be enough to make the phone think you're not actually in your home, and therefore Smart Lock won't work correctly.
