Screen on 1 yr old HTC M8 goes black or blue after few minutes of use

Hi All, Weird problem. My 13 month old htc 1 M8 with Tmobile. This started a month back while navigating with google maps, screen goes blue or black or multi color. click lock button wait 1-2 sec unlock and all is fine for few minutes till same thing happens. Now its happening when watching videos. Its really bad. Cannot use the phone for more then 2-3 minutes without locking and unlocking.

Anyone has any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! It really sounds like a hardware issue, presumably with the screen--although it could be a connection or the motherboard. You'll have to bring it to a repair shop, since it is probably out of warranty now.
