Hi , this problem is huanting me since Lolipop (I got the phone and updated to lolipop rightaway) when i shut down the phone or reboot it , the RAM seem to be kept :/

In Setting > Battery it shows in histroy that the phone is awake for some days even tho i just rebooted it , the only way to reset it is to reach 0% or 100% but i only done it once since i heard its not good .
Is there anyway to reboot it without reaching 0% or factory reset ?

Also , since M update i cant seem to control what battery save mode minimaze (CPU power , Screen and the other 2 i forgot) , In addition i cant find the option that disable internet connection after a set time .

I found the one that turns off WIFI after device inactive (Its in WIFI settings) but cant find the Mobile data :/

Android fully takes care of RAM - stop even looking at it. It doesn't give you any information that you can do anything with. (The time awake is kept in a database, not in RAM, and you can't reset the database.)
