how can htc mini one recover

please help me my cell phone itself turn off and than i powered on the phone than it is giving option reboot fastboot etc after recovery or factory restore again show previous screen

You'll probably have to reflash the ROM (assuming it's not a bad motherboard that's causing the problem). All your data is probably gone, but you can read munky-tool thread and maybe recover the userdata partition (and get your files back).
