My wi-fi and bluetooth are dead?

I rooted my phone and had to un-brick it, now I am running a stock custom rom and I cannot connect to wifi or bluetooth! On bluetooth nothing can be detected and in wifi it just gets stuck on "saved" not connecting AT ALL, I have tried evrything, I have been searching for 48 hours (not exaggerating) but everything has been useless! Can someone please help me and stop me from killing myself? Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Can you specify which HTC phone you have? I won't be able to help with your question, but for anyone to answer you question, they'll probably need to know which phone (and also which custom ROM).
