Not getting email form MAC

This is my second try at the forum , I spend 2 days trying to get my mac email on U11
and no success . It was working fine on my M10 until about 2 weeks ago , so I bought a U11 and same problem .
Any of you guys having the same problem ??? how did you fixe it ? I have the two step verification from Apple and nothing work .......... this is so frustrating .
Help would be appreciated , thank you all .
