Default usb mode

Is there a way to set default mode to charging only? When I plug my phone into usb in the car, it asks for charging, transfer files etc ... I would like it to default to charging only and not keep asking me

It asks, but it should default to charging. If it doesn't, that's Huawei's choice (Google wrote Android to default to charging), and there's nothing you can do to change it without rewriting Android.

It defaults to charging ... but displays a pop up window ... rather than just defaulting
