Developer Option in P8 lite

Hi guyz, I have encountered a problem in my Huawei P8 lite. I reset my cell phone and wipe out all the data (cache). Now i want to use in developer mode to install APP directly from android studio but I'm unsuccessful to connect with PC. "USB device is not recognized" is being show every time, when i try to connect.
Kindly share your best to solve this problem.

Welcome to Android Central! Are Developer Options activated? If not, then go to Settings>About Phone and tap Build Number 7 times. Then go to the Developer Options and turn on USB Debugging. Does it work now?
