Hi Guys, just a query to see if anybody else has had a similar issue and if they found any solution without going down the flash/rooting route.
I have recently received my device back after a screen repair by Huawei and now the Natwest banking app no longer lets me log in with fingerprint and Android Pay no longer allows any use whatsoever.
I have had a bit of dig around the internet and discovered that it is an issue with the CTS Profile Match returning as False and thereofre not adhering to Android security standards.
Bit more info I have build number EVA-C900B166 EMUI 4.1 and Android 6.0
Has anybody else had the same issue and managed a to resolve it without getting too technical and flashing/rom'ing or is this a matter of waiting on Huawei to admit it is an issue and resolving from their end?
