T-bolt or Incredible 2?

Not completely new to android but it's been a while(og droid a week after release). Returned it because of bugs and glitches. Did not trust ota to fix. So I'm looking again now because Att has crap service. 4g would be nice but is n/a in Dover, Ohio and not sure when it will be. Size is close but xtra weight and battery life on bolt are not +'s to me (screen size 4.3 vs 4.0 not a big deal to me). Good camera and camcorder are(always have phone, not always camera). Don't know if I would root so I wan't it to work stock. Leaning towards Inc.2 but welcome input. Sorry 4 the long post.

If you're in Dover, I'm thinking Verizon. As far as phones go, I would suggest the Incredible 2, TB or the Fascinate. Regardless, thanks for the intro and welcome to the forums.
