Issue after update to Android Jelly Bean 4.3

Hi,
I own Google Nexus4. Recently I upgraded the OS to Android Jelly Bean 4.3 .
However after update, I am finding an issue with its USB charging feature.

I am not able to charge my Nexus 4 by connecting to to my PC / Laptop via USB.
Charging with the plug points works fine.

Any solution or advice from anyone please ??
