Random Rebooting Issues with Razr M

I have been using Pandora on a wi-fi network, but after playing two or three songs, it will reboot the phone. I have also had rebooting issues when receiving phone calls, playing games, while also experiencing it without actually using the phone. I have done a factory reset three times, and currently only added the Pandora application to see if there was another application causing a problem I just wasn't aware of. Should I just get it replaced? I have had the phone approximately a month, and it reboots on its own about four times a day.

I assume it's on the latest update for the operating system? If you've factory reset 3 times and it's still happening, it sounds like a dud. I agree with getting a replacement.
