Will Google release a beta testing stage for KitKat? Like Aplle does with iOS

I'm a huge fan of beta testing ESPECIALLY with things like OS and app testing. If they will release betas, when will they. Thank you so much. Can't find anybody who will answer this question!

Frome OEM-- only after Google release the actual code

one example is motorola.

but there wont be unreleased version testing from google.

Yes. It goes out to the Nexus devices then after that the bugs get fixed.
