How do I get the the wifi of my PC Tablet (Andriod) off of the off option?

The wifi of my PC tablet (andriod) is stuck on the off option

The wifi will not turn on and it just stuck on the off option: I have already tried these options: restart, reboot, factory reset, still the same issue. Anyone have any ideas? Is there a way of using a USB cable and connecting it to my laptop to fix it?

Welcome to Android Central! What brand and model is the tablet? If it's a budget or off-brand device, then there's a greater chance of faulty hardware or firmware, so there might not be much you can do. It's possible that the wi-fi antenna connection itself is loose--you'd have to pry the back off the device to check. It's also worth trying a factory reset, if you haven't already. I don't believe connecting your tablet to your computer via USB would help.
