There has been discussion about this under the KitKat thread, but I have only had this problem under 5.0, Lollipop, on a Galaxy Note 3.
I received the "TouchWiz" error while trying to install a widget onto a home screen. I also received the same error telling me that "MobileGo" had stopped, immediately following the "Touch. There are a number of fixes discussed in the KitKat forum for this error that did not work for me on Lollipop. I tried them all!
What did work, for me, was to turn off Motions under the Control tab in Settings. I am hoping that this will allow me to set up my home screens, and then I can turn Motions back on, since I didn't have the errors until I tried to install the widget.
I am sure a software update will cure the problem.
