Why is mobile data impossible to activate on my new phone?

Hi, I just bought a new LeEco Le2 X528 phone - it runs on Android 6.0. When the wifi is switched on, it connects to the internet, but without it I have no connectivity - I tried to switch it on on both SIM-s, to reboot the phone, tried with 3G and 4G as well, checked all mobile data settings, airplane mode is off... (Nothing. just mobile network, not even the "H" sign appears at the signal.) I'm sure I have enough data available on both cards, so it shouldn't be a problem either. Does anyone have an idea what else should I do?

Another weird thing was that yesterday and this morning, the mobile network disappeared and re-appeared quite hectically on both SIM-s, but since then it seems to be working fine - just in case it might be in connection with the first problem...?

Thanks if you can help in advance!

Bring the phone into the carrier. If the SIMs are defective they can replace them. If they have your account set up incorrectly, only they can fix the problem.

Thanks, but these SIMs have been working before very well, both mobile data and phone network on them. Now they are not completely dead, the phone recognizes them that they are inserted, and I can make phone calls on them, just the mobile data can't be activated when there is no wifi. Besides, they are by different providers, so it's hard to believe that both providers screw it up... I'm sure it's related to the device.

THE SOLUTION: You have to set an APN to the mobile data of the given SIM, copied from the net. I was told this is the No. 1 problem with the Far-Eastern phones shipped to the West...
