Welcome to Android Central! I took the liberty of copying your post from this other thread, since your post here is not particularly specific: "I lost my m5mini camera its not working when I will try to open my camera it say plz rebot ur phone and try again"

I assume your phone is the Gionee Marathon M5 Mini. Does this happen in Safe Mode as well? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
