No OTA ! PLEASE HELP ME!

Hi,I have an Lg G2 Mini D620k, lte model .I don`t have root.My android version is 4.4.2 D62010B .Phone is upgradeabel to lolipop but i don`t receive any ota . The other phones receive lolipop 1 month ago.I tried with the LG PC SUITE and i have an upgrade , D620K10B (lolipop is D62020B i think).I tried multiple times to make this upgrade but i can`t ,the update don`t apply ! Can you please help me to upgrade my g2 mini to lolipop? Thanks you very much

Was the bootloader unlocked once and you didn't relock it? That might be the reason.

I rooted it once with towelroot but after 1 month I made an factory reset and I don`t rerun towelroot again. I don`t know if towelroot unlocked the bootloader...How can I check?
