Play Store issue

Hello all,

I've got an LG G7 on Freedom Mobile. I've started experiencing an issue with app updates in the Play Store yesterday.

An app would download to 99% and just sit there. Over an 8 hour period I had three apps update with another 35 in the queue.

From googleing the issue, I tried the force stop and cache clear methods and no real improvement.

I tried a factory reset and about half my apps updated quickly (like normal), but now it's back to having the original problem.

I've tried downloading with mobile data, wifi, plugged in, not plugged in and nothing seems to work. In fact as I'm typing this, I've been trying to install the Air Canada app and it's stalled at 67% now.

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Welcome to Android Central! When you tried clearing cache, did you clear the cache and data for both the Play Store app AND the Download Manager app? To find the latter, you need to go to Settings>Apps​, then tap Menu>Show System.
