Not getting Sprint's 3g speeds flashed on Boost

Hi,
I have my Optimus S flashed over to Boost and everything is working fine except that I cannot get Sprint's 3g speeds on the Boost network. It's driving me nuts! When I'm downloading something on the computer using the hotspot it only gets between 8 - 16kb/second speeds. On the Sprint network it was getting between 125 - 250kb/second, big difference. Did I do something wrong when flashing? Is there something I can do to make the speeds better? Or is that the way the network is and nothing else can be done? Any help or suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

We really wont be able to help here. Boost doesn't allow switching over Androids(flashing) so the methods by which you already have data working can't be discussed and so we wont be able to assist. Sorry.

You can attempt a PRL update but thats about it. There is a reason that Boost is cheaper.
