Gingerbread Data Problems?

I've been having trouble with wifi/3g on both gROM and the stock rom. They connect just fine. But trying to connect after disconnecting is the problem. Connection is irregular (I know I'm in a place with good coverage).

I use both juicedefender and setcpu but the problem persists with both disabled.

Is anyone else having similar issues? Please help.

Juice defender might be overriding the controls. You might have to disable data controls inside the app. Or better yet uninstall that useless app. It drains more than it saves.
