My experience is that juicy defender did more harm then good. On the other hand, slightly over locking when active and under locking while asleep in conjunction with the right governor can bring great results. 748/320 interactivex is my sweet spot, running cm7.

But I have never run juicy pro, and many people swear by it. Another battery saver is to run wifi when ever possible, set to never sleep. When I am home for a few days, I can get almost 4 days on one charge.

i recently downloaded overclock widget however i didnt see a setting to change the governor.

Screen on: 729/320
Screen off: 122/122

do you think this would work or should i use a different app?

You can try it, it might not be necessary to have the 320 min. To be honest, I just leave mine on the basic 600/200 at all times (On Demand), never had any problems.
