SOLVED Perma-Brick?

I flashed a rom and now my lg screan is flashing on and off. No adb at all. Cant get into recovery either. Any way to fix this or is it bricked? Its not a daily phone just a spare i use to test roms on before i put them on my daily phone.so if theres no fixing it it isnt a big deal. any help would be helpful.

Have you tried getting into emergency mode?

Not sure how to get in to emergency mode. I know when. I try to get into recovery it doesn't work LG logo flashes on and off.
