How do I draw on a photo on my LG Stylo4

I would like to enhance a photo using the pen

You'll probably need to download an app that allows you to do that. 'Draw on' and 'enhance' don't really tell us what effect you want.

install Snapseed from the play store. it's about the best photo editor out there and the stylus works great for editing on it.
if your not familiar with Snapseed YouTube has dozens of tutorials on how to use it.
