So for a while my lg has had a problem where the headphone port has a lot of movement in my phone and it's very sensitive to where it's placed for both sides of my headphones to work and if I move it left and right it will pause and skip the song.

Your headphone jack has broken loose. It will only get worse.

Take it to the store and show them, and hopefully they will swap you for one that works.

As others have said, getting it replaced by your carrier is your best option.

Alternatively, the headphone jack for the V10 is sold individually by wholesale component manufacturers if you're alright with disassembling your V10 since the headphone jack can be easily removed and thus replaced.

I had a local repair shop procure the jack and replace it for me. Cost was $65, parts & tax included.
