Is there a to-do list app that...

1) instantly syncs with other users of the same account on their Android phones, like "Our Groceries" does.
2) Syncs with "Google Tasks"

I'd like to be able to create a to-do list on the computer, phone, wherever along with my girlfriend on her phone, computer, whatever, and have access to it in Google Tasks too.

Any ideas? I use "Our Groceries" now which works great for instant syncing across our phones (no waiting 30 minutes for a sync). For store names, instead of "Safeway" or "Costco" I type in "Friends" or "Family", and for sub-lists instead of typing in "bread" "eggs" or "milk" I type in "Coffee at Starbucks" etc... Instant phone sync, but no Google tasks integration.

The only thing close to that would be cozi. It syncs calendar, task, and shopping list but I don't think you can access it through the computer or sync with google. Hope this helps.
