I'm getting less than 12 hours of battery now and I'm down to less then 15%. I run Power Saver all day but not quite as low as the factory settings and still only about 12-15 hours max.

I thought I would wrap this thread up with a final update: After 5 visits to the Sprint Store, they finally relented and traded out my phone. I've been on this one for about 3 months and it's worked flawlessly.

That's precisely what I want to do. Very poor from HTC. This town isn't a big city but it's a fairly large town and should be recognized. In fact, the nearest recognizable location is 45 minutes away in both directions. Very odd.

It looks like I had it set to shut off mobile connection when my screen goes to sleep. I've changed that option a couple of times but there's something that keeps changing it back. Does anyone know what the overriding option is to keep the mobile connection on at all times?

Client? Uhh, whatever came with the phone. One account is ATT and the other account is a company IMAP account. One thing I noticed today is when the phone is "locked", it does not receive email either. It seems like when the phone is on Lock, I don't get any notifications except texts.

Haven't downloaded one app, changed one setting, only added e-mail accounts.

I made some changes to the keyboard sensitivity and it appears the problem cropped up again. I've done a battery reset and it's stopped. I hope this is not indicative of the quality of the phone.

After my reboot, mine did not reset all afternoon until I just made two brief phone calls (15 mins and 5 mins) and it reset immediately after the calls.

I rebooted mine after about the third or fourth reset this morning and it has worked fine since. I'd still like some information on a possible solution if this problem crops up again. I'm going to assume there's an issue with my phone and I doubt one reboot fixes it.
