I cantt find wirmware on the official site. And when I hold F7 i don't get Recovery menu

I have netbook Coby nbpc724 but when turn it on it gives me on display only Coby logo. How can I reinstall Android? Do I need firmware from the company or I could use some other version?

The problem is that the white color become blueish very quickly. Quicker than S3.

When I watch screen in front on me picture is good, but when I watch a little more from the side picture change colors. The white color become more blueish..is this normal? I think S3 have better viewing angles.
