How to reinstall Android on netbook?

I have netbook Coby nbpc724 but when turn it on it gives me on display only Coby logo. How can I reinstall Android? Do I need firmware from the company or I could use some other version?

I am not sure about COBY devices, but in general, you would need the firmware and a method to flash it, like using ADB commands.

I agree with Golfdriver. Did you do anything to the device which resulted in the current issue?

It was suggested in this thread to press and hold the F7 key when the Coby logo appears to get to the Recovery Menu. Give that a try.

I would then suggest calling the company. Hopefully it will be fixed under warranty.
