OK, here's a screenshot of an incident from earlier that claimed I had 5 emails waiting for me. A big fat nope!: Excuse the GMail and Hub icon, they're essentially dead

I get the email audible tone, and both visual alerts (one at the top left of the screen and the other on the app icon indicating how many emails I've supposedly received). I'll try and take a screen shot next time it happens.

I know Oreo has been released for a while for the A5 (2017), any idea when/if it's going to be available in Canada? P.S. I'm sure this question must have been asked before, but I've searched the forums and can't find a similar thread. Sorry if this is a duplicate.

My wife bought one fairly recently and it ate its own battery for breakfast for a couple of days during set up, it settled down once it had been configured to her liking and now she's getting 1.5-2 days of medium use per charge. Same with my A8.

I found the drain on my A8 to be awful during set up over the first two days; it also used 4GB of data during that time too until I sorted the settings out. After that it seems to have settled down considerably and I'm easily getting at least a day and a half of use out of it, sometimes two...
