    I have an old Samsung phone on Jelly Bean running simultaneously with the Essential. Gmail is always instant on the former. The Essential always runs 20-30 mins late if I don't fiddle with the power switch.

    I have had this delayed email issue for a long time since using the EP. I'll never get any email notification if I don't hit the power button to wake up the phone from time to time. Very annoying issue.

    My phone (Pie Sept update) has this issue from time to time. Random apps on the phone will open non-stop by themselves. There is no way to stop it other than rebooting. Looks like a bug to me. Does anyone have this issue?

    Under "Mobile Network" in Settings? It says it uses LTE service to "improve voice and other communications". Should it be left on or off? Is it just privacy thing to allow the phone to dial "home" in the background? Thanks.

    I'm still experiencing audio issues with Google Voice and phone calls on Pie. The earpiece will turn static when there's a notification from Gmail, etc. during a call. The microphone still works so the other party can hear me but not the other way round.
