No, sadly not - that's 4 hire cars I've experienced it with now (my own car doesn't have Android Auto). The last one it didn't work from the beginning but the other three worked for the first drive but not after that :(

The weird thing was it used to work fine for me - not sure if it's a Pixel 8 thing or an Android Auto thing - which phone are you using?

I don't understand, nothing has changed for years (in the UK at least, maybe this is something in the USA?) - you've always been able to update all apps at once. You just go Play Store > My Apps > Update all?

One month on and no sign of comments returning yet - quite a shame as they were often useful plus an easy way to flag up any issues, etc.

I really wish they'd add sleep mode to YTM - I still use that from time to time with GPM. I see they have at least updated Google audio search results to point to YTM now, that only finally happened a month or so ago!

Agree, they probably see it as a feature but I find it really annoying - I wish they could just add a switch to give the user the option to switch it off! Listening to music on my phone is quite different to sitting watching YT videos on my TV!

Have they fixed the issue with YTM yet where any music you like there ends up influencing your YouTube suggestions too when watching videos? I found that really annoying before. Not been offered any migration option yet, not sure if it's USA-only so far?

I wish I could agree! Sadly the SEO side of things seems back - we had nonstop Disney+ coverage for ages with 30+ articles a day, now it's articles on where to get toilet roll, alcohol gel, etc. Clearly nothing at all to do with Android but hey it's what people are searching Google for so let's...
