So it turns out carphonewarehouse is even worse than the google play store. Reserved a nexus 5 with them today and when I went to get it turned out they apparently didn't care about reservations and just sold all the phones they had. So no N5 for me... Here I am with one g play order mistakenly...

I just canceled my google play order and put in a reservation for the 16GB black at carephone warehouse. I don't know why I didn't think of this in the first place. The phone will be ready for collection in one hour. Now let's just hope google releases the funds back to my cc by then.

I had some issues with my first early order. Had to order again around midnight. Got my confirmation email quickly but no shipping yet. I was kinda thinking of canceling the order and heading for a carephone warehouse store...

Ran into the same issue. The order status on boyh my google play order and in my google wallet account is pending. The money's been taken from my debit card though. If you get an answer please post it here as well. I'm kinda worried myself.
