you should be able to change it on your account page on sprint.com after login

I ordered the 32GB Black. Status is pending and it says it ships by November 5. I'm holding out hope that the phone will ship tomorrow so I can get it by Monday because I'm traveling on Tuesday.

Just put my order in for a 16 gb black. Have a couple of questions though.

What does "pending" mean? This is what I see when I click the more info button in My Orders and also what I see in my google wallet account. The money's already been taken from my account but the order seems to be "pending". What? As for shipping it says leaving warehouse before 8th November. Should I be worried or is this just standard practice with google play? Have not received any confirmation emails from them either.

I'm just too used to the smoothness of amazon and feel a bit uncomfortable with the situation. Any thoughts?

Okay so possibly stupid question - the "in the box" does not say it has a SIM - so my current phone does not have the right size SIM card - do I need to get one?

Sprint is CDMA... the Play Store phones are GSM. Better cancel.

All variants are still showing up as available, with a shipping date of November 8. I got a 16GB white about an hour ago, scheduled to ship on November 5. I hope this is not going to be another Nexus 4-style debacle with canceled orders.

Play Store is CDMA as well. Only question is if Sprint has to have the ESN on their whitelist to activate it like other Sprint phones.

After talking to 3 people including 2 supervisors they told me that YES the unlocked version from the play store can be activated on Sprint.... Now after over a decade with Sprint I'll fully believe it when I walk out of a Sprint store with a fully activated Nexus 5.... but they did say YES you can.... It's not any different than the version you will buy from Sprint on November 8... It's a universal device..

Pending is normal. When it ships you should get a email with a tracking number. It may show up as shipped before you get the email.
