I upgraded to Windows 10 now my computer will not transfer files from my Samsung S5.

Have the same problem with my Galaxy S6 Edge. Never had this problem when using Windows 7 Pro but now it no longer works under Windows 10. Tried installing using compatability settings, USB debug, changing cables and nothing works. This is very frustrating.

No drivers for windows 10. Do not upgrade!

So you're saying that you have loaded SmartSwitch + drivers and are able to transfer data to and from your Windows 10 PC to Galaxy S6 without any problems?

Galaxy S6 USB connection trouble with Windows 10

I encountered the same problem and contacted Samsung Tech Support about it last month. They told me they haven't released the drivers for Windows 10. I thought they would have released them by now but I was wrong.

I've had that problem when using an alternate mail or sms app. I'm on ATT.

    4.4.4 update question

Probably a minor carrier update--not an OS update. The release date for the next OS update is still a mystery.

    1.26.502.15 ota update for at&t!

Talking about the blind leading the blind. These guys are even better than Apple when it comes to keeping secrets.--right?

Old Play store you could see installed apps per device and update apps OTA..

Seems to me that the Google Play web version has a lot of bugs--doesn't it. Google should go back and redesign it. Those bigger tiles (like Windows) is not what I call innovation.

Since update, "My Apps" Shows Every App I've Ever Downloaded, Insead of What's On my Phone?

Re: Since update, "My Apps" Shows Every App I've Ever Downloaded, Insead of What's On my Phone? Don't waste your time contacting Google. There are a lot of complaints around the internet about this issue. Its Google's new user interface. It no longer allows you to distinguish the difference...

Just finished three weeks with my AT&T Black HTC One

I found that if I want to use NiLS Notifications (requires 4.2.) I have to load another paid app just to get it to work with 4.1.2. I encountered with a couple of apps. I know it's not solely AT&T's fault, but they are a big part of that process. Just my two cents.

    Lockscreen Notification - SOLUTION

Thanks Gator352. Will look into it. I'll have to look into that home button issue now. Still trying to work my way around Android. Wish I could port the notification screen I had on my Iphone 4. Eventually jailbroke it too and really able to customize each screen to handle SMS, Twitter, FB, etc.

Pop-up notification previews in lock screen w/ pattern

Same here but I'm using an HTC One. Just don't understand (with all the Android Apps) why I can't find something that brings on my screen and gives me a quick preview of the sender and txt. Would like this for SMS, twitter, FB, etc. Executive Assistant+ just isn't the answer. It also seems that...

falling out of love with the HTC one :(

Keep in mind that it might be released to people in Europe first--but heard that's no longer the case. Even if HTC gets it in a couple of weeks but am hearing later this summer or fall--the carriers won't release it until they get their greasy hands on it and load their crapware--unless you have...

Just finished three weeks with my AT&T Black HTC One

I tried downloading a couple of neat apps from Google's website and found I couldn't use them because of the OS that was installed on my HTC. I was mad  so I decided to leave a quick review on AT&T's website just to let a few prospective buyers know how I felt it. I know a lot of Android...

    Lockscreen Notification - SOLUTION

Seems you need to have Android 4.2 if you want to use NiLS Notifications Lock Screen. I'm still stuck on AT&T 4.1.2.

backlight bleeding.. might go s4 now..

Agree. I think every phone/OS has unique qualities/benefits/features and we should appreciate the fact that we have access to a wide range of technology options. We'll always have different requirements or concerns about a device we're either planning to purchase or already have in hand--hoping...
