I upgraded to Windows 10 now my computer will not transfer files from my Samsung S5.

Before Windows 10, all I would have to do is plug in my phone (via USB) and it would automatically move my photos and videos to a folder on my computer. But now even seeing my phone connected I can't transfer any files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, it's more a Windows 10 issue rather than Android. I witnessed similar issues at the weekend. Are all the drivers downloaded correctly for the phone when you plug it in to the pc?

Have the same problem with my Galaxy S6 Edge. Never had this problem when using Windows 7 Pro but now it no longer works under Windows 10. Tried installing using compatability settings, USB debug, changing cables and nothing works. This is very frustrating.
