I need to get a new one after 3 months. I took my case off to insert an SD card and the plastic part around the charging area broke. I suppose they don't warranty for something like this? Can you tell me the email you used to get the replacement part please?

Is there a particular reason why Snapseed reduces my 13MP Galaxy S4 images down to less than 3MP? Isn't Snapseed a Google product? Does it not support the S4's full resolution?
