I use mine for both personal and business, with Exchange and haven't had one problem. Phone works perfectly and with the latest OTA, I can actually go for about a day and a half under relatively heavy usage(4G, email, text, bunch of phone calls, DocsToGo) so I'm a happy camper.

The latest software update fixed most of the battery problems for me. I have a feeling it could be optimized more, so I'm hoping HTC can push out another update or two to get that ball rolling. But I can't complain, my phone can go through the entire day now!

Key words in the OP's post are "employee" plan. Depending if you're an actual employee of Sprint or working for an Indirect dealer, you get a variety of awesome plans, which are still labeled as F&F. They work fine with any of the newer Sprint smartphones(like the Pre), they're just stupid...

See that worries me, I've used 12GBs according to Sprint's website and I haven't tethered one bit! I still have an aircard I use for things like that. So... hopefully I don't get in trouble for something I didn't do... It's what that 10/month data add-on is for anyways right?

to my knowledge? No. I couldn't activate mine for the life of me. Never ran into this issue with Sprint before but i'm just assuming its with that Premium data add-on.
