It is NOT covered under normal warranty. I went online with Samsung support about this when my wife dropped hers. They asked for the IEMI and I gave it to them. They quoted me a price of $182.89 to replace her LCD and screen. They provided the shipping label. That was for here in the USA...

If you buy from HTC, they have a 30 day return according to the website. AT&T gives that same option.

I see that HTC M9 is available here in the US in the carrier version (AT&T for me), the unlocked, and the developer edition all at the same price. From what I can find, it appears that the only difference between the unlocked and the developer edition is the boot loader is already unlocked...

I know it works with 4.3. From the looks at other threads there is a Kit Kat update out there somewhere. If there is, I don't want to take it if it causes FoxFi to not work.

For those that have been using FoxFi (and it works) and just hitting the home button when you get the "To enable mobile hotspot on this device, go to att.com/mywireless or dial 611". If you have updated to Kit Kat, does that still work?

I have the TomTom app. purchased for the ~$28. One of the things you can also do with it if you want to use your phone as a hotspot is purchase the HD Traffic. It is available as an annual purchase or a monthly ($2.99 for a month). I just used it in Dallas and compared it to my 'real' TomTom...

Downloaded to my work A700 but my home tells me it is up to date. It isn't, it wasn't as updated as my work one and I bought it last. Yes I know that when purchased doesn't always mean much.

Has anyone gotten FoxFi to work with the HD? I have it working with my Samsung S3 and Acer A700 tablet, but with the Atrix HD, it will never aquire an IP address. Thanks

I didn't see the disable because I had let it update before. I had to delete the update and then it showed the option to disable. Thanks

Sorry if this has been answered before. If I am NOT rooted, is there a way to get my phone to quit looking for updates for things I don't want (or want to update automatically). There are some applications I don't/wont use that are always telling me there is an update available. I don't see...

I can't answer for the Kies Air because with my Skyrocket I couldn't get it to work (didn't try hard) because I had it installed on my work computer and sync while at my desk working. Let me know how it works for you.

I have used Kies and Outlook for syncing. It works great for calendar and contacts. The one thing that it will not sync is notes.

I don't own a tablet yet, but they have a version for tablets called PdaNet Tablet.
