How long, after Samsung received your previous phone, did you hear the results for your trade in evaluation? Did they really email you about the process or the result, as I believe their faqs says they're supposed to?

Looking around, issues with wireless charging seem to be pretty common, and having the phone replaced isn't a sure thing of having a phone where wireless charging works! :(
